1. Order Cancellation by the Customer

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@rudrakshamala.in or via WhatsApp at +91 87806 61489, providing your name and order details.

  • Cancellations requested before dispatch: Eligible for a full 100% refund via the original payment method.
  • Cancellations requested after dispatch: Not possible — please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy once you receive the item.

2. Custom Orders

Custom or bespoke orders (malas made to your specifications) cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. We will confirm with you before beginning any custom work.

3. Cancellation by Rudraksha Mala

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is found to be unavailable after payment, if there is a pricing error, or for any other reason at our discretion. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
