1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses across India. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are outside India and wish to enquire, please contact us.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. During peak festival seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We will communicate any delays via WhatsApp or email.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows (from dispatch date):

  • Within Gujarat: 1–3 business days
  • Other Indian states: 3–7 business days
  • Remote and northeastern regions: 7–12 business days

These are estimated timelines only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Current shipping charge structure:

  • Standard shipping charges apply based on parcel weight and destination.
  • Complimentary shipping is available on qualifying prepaid orders across India.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and the name of the courier company via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website.

6. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us. Additional re-shipping charges may apply in such cases. Please ensure you provide an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of ordering.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and the damaged item(s) and contact us at support@rudrakshamala.in or on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.
